I am an Assistant Professor of Technology Leadership & Innovation at Purdue University.

Previously, I was a visiting Assistant Professor in the Department of Management in the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University. Before this, I was a postdoctoral researcher in the Management and Organizations Department at Kellogg School of Management.

I received my PhD in Social Psychology from Northwestern University and my B.A. in Economics from Wellesley College.

My research investigates the intersection of morality, technology, and organizational behavior, focusing on how emerging technologies like AI and automation influence societal attitudes, workplace dynamics, and moral judgments. I explore how technological advancements reshape beliefs about human skills, identity, and intergroup relations, particularly examining issues like race, gender, and creativity in the context of the future of work.

Additionally, I examine how people make moral judgments about individuals and organizations, studying the psychological mechanisms that drive perceptions of virtue, passion, and ethical behavior in various social and organizational contexts.
